You choose the DJ at the time of contract - we don't assign a DJ a month before. Gear wise, we use 2 speakers, a wireless microphone for speeches/ presentations and dance light bar all within a clean DJ set up. Our standard DJ Insurance is also included here. Cocktail Hour (1 speaker in a SEPARATE room): $150 This includes a separate speaker with music you choose to play for 1 hour. Convention Work: Select to discuss. There are typically many elements to this and random hours. We do it often, and love it! Our Most Popular Corporate Add-ons. Full Room Uplighting: $350 We will work with you to choose the color and place 18 wireless uplights around the room, lighting it up! PRINTING Photobooth: $650 for first 3-hours, $100/hour each additional. $50 charge for groups over 250. We work with you to design the template to your theme, colors, etc. You can choose any available backdrop. A host will take unlimited photos all night, providing your guests with a take home keepsake photo! You will receive all copies on USB, an online gallery of all photos and a guest book that night with a copy of all photos! DIGITAL Photobooth: $650 for first 3-hours, $100/hour each additional Don't want our Printing Photobooth? Add our Digital Selfie Station instead! This booth does not print, but can offer photos, boomerangs, GIFs and Video (with or without audio). We still work with you to create the template, choose a backdrop, a host will greet everyone and operate the booth, main difference is the booth does not print. We will send you a zip file of all photos as well as create an online gallery for you. Effects! Dancing on a Cloud and Cold Sparks (Indoor/ Outdoor Fireworks)! Please note, these need to be approved by the venue. 2 Cold Sparks for any use: $350 Time to show off! We coordinate with you when to shoot them off and run in 15 second increments - plenty of time to enjoy the moment, capture the iconic photos and impress your guests! 4 Cold Sparks: $600 Same as the 2, only you get 4, and for a discount of $100 off! Select this and discuss how you want to use them. Cloud Effect: $400 We primarely use these at weddings. However, since we have the effect, you have access if the need fits!
